Several methods to induce pregnancy for post-testicular male infertility, namely epididymovasostomy, microsurgical epididymal sperm aspiration and unlooping of ejaculatory duct, are available but the success rates are not high enough and

case selection is limited. In that regard, we developed a new method to induce pregnancy for post-testicular azoosperimc males. Here we report the first case of pregnancy through in vitro retrieval of motile sperms from the epididymis followed by
in
vitro fertilization of his wife's oocytes and subsequent zygote transfer into the fallopian tube.
